Grants are measured and rated against country-owned targets at each periodic disbursement of funds (every 3, 6 or 12 months). The grants are rated according to the table below:

Approved grant amount represents liabilities based on signed grant agreements, or in the case of those countries with pending grant agreements (not yet signed), the dollar value of a proposal approved by the Global Fund Board.
Results are harmonized with partners to avoid double counting, and are released twice a year.
